Fighting forest fires remotely
The iconos® Fire trestle 2L is a remote-controlled extinguishing system for fighting forest fires from a distance of up to 300 meters. It reaches the highest treetops with a water cannon, while the extinguishing ball covers lower-lying areas. The vehicle moves safely through rough terrain and is controlled by radio so that emergency services are not exposed to any danger.

Remote-controlled extinguishing technology: Effective protection against forest fires
The iconos® Fire trestle 2L fights fires remotely from a distance of up to 300 meters and has been specially developed for forest and vegetation fires. Equipped with a water cannon (monitor), it reaches the treetops, while an extinguishing ball extinguishes the lower-lying areas and protects the device. Both functions can be switched on separately and are controlled via independent radio channels. The tracked vehicle is ideal for difficult terrain. With a powerful electric drive and wide tracks, it overcomes obstacles and reaches speeds of up to 20 km/h. The extinguishing agent is supplied via a B-hose from a fire engine. Thanks to the remote control, personnel remain at a safe distance.
